- this new method changed my productivity forever
this new method changed my productivity forever
I don't track anything. It tracks me. Takes 90 seconds daily. Ensure I do what matters every day
I don't track my productivity.
It tracks me.
Sounds backwards, right?
That's what I thought too… until I built this system with Claude Code.
Now every morning, in 90 seconds, I know exactly:
• What I worked on yesterday (automatically captured)
• What to prioritize today (AI figured it out while I slept)
• Whether I'm aligned with my goals (scored 0-100, no guessing)
Zero manual logging.
Zero UI tweaking.
Zero "let me organize before I can work."
After 20 years of failed systems, THIS is what finally stuck.
The Old-Fashioned Productivity Trap
Here's how it goes:
You discover a new productivity tool
You spend 3 hours setting it up (databases, templates, workflows)
You feel productive because the UI looks nice
You use it for 2 weeks
Friction builds up (manual logging, categorizing, tweaking)
You stop using it
Repeat with next shiny tool
Sound familiar?
The problem isn't you. It's the philosophy.
These tools assume you want to spend time and energy MAINTAINING A SYSTEM.
But you don't.
You want to spend time and energy WORKING ON THE RIGHT STUFF THE RIGHT WAY CONSISTENTLY.
What I Learned After 20 Years
Productivity isn't about fancy tools or perfect systems.
It's about two things:
A few key principles
Principles like:
• Tomorrow's problems aren't today's problems (stop overthinking what might happen)
• The Spartan Rule: Lean, one obsession, brutal elimination
• Low friction creates sustainable discipline (make the right thing easy to do)
A system that removes friction
Not adds it. Removes it.
A system that:
• Doesn't require manual tracking
• Doesn't need UI tweaking
• Doesn't ask you to "organize" before you can work
• Just lets you WORK
Why ChatGPT Wasn't Enough
I tried using ChatGPT and custom GPTs for productivity.
It was progress.
But here's what I discovered:
ChatGPT resets every session.
No memory.
No continuity.
Custom GPTs help, but they're disconnected.
You still have to manually coordinate between them.
And if you want automation?
You're building complex workflows that break and need maintenance.
Different tool. Same trap.
The Breakthrough:
Then I discovered something different.
I built a lean productivity system in Claude Code.
Not Claude.
Claude Code the CLI tool that integrates with your actual project files and has persistent memory.
Wait, you might be thinking “CLI ? But I am not a developer, Daron !”
You know what ?
I’m not a developer either.
And you don’t need to use Claude Code.
Here's what makes it different:
It doesn't add friction. It removes it.
I work as a CEO with a team of AI agents organized across departments:
• Executive Office (daily/weekly/monthly planning)
• Operations (productivity assessments, project management)
• AI Growth Engine (strategic alignment validation)
• Content Team (specialized agents for content creation)
• HR Department (creates new AI workers when I need them)
Every morning:
My AI assistant plans my day automatically.
It reads what I did yesterday (tracked automatically), checks my active projects, validates against my strategic priorities, and gives me a daily roadmap.
Takes 1 minute to launch.
1 minute to read.
Zero manual tracking.
Every evening:
My AI assistant scores my productivity (0-10), checks strategic alignment (0-100), identifies patterns (what made today productive or unproductive), and recommends corrections.
Takes 2 minutes.
Completely objective.
No feelings, just facts.
This is what I've been looking for for 20 years.
Why It Works
Three reasons:
Natural language commands
No complex automation to maintain.
I just talk to my AI assistant.
Persistent memory
It remembers everything.
No lost work.
No forgotten projects.
Complete continuity.
Strategic alignment built-in
Every task is validated against my main goal.
No wasted work.
I'm not tweaking tools anymore.
I'm executing.
See How It Works
I recorded a 31-minute video showing you:
• The 13 productivity principles I learned over 20 years (grouped into 4 categories: Foundation Philosophy, Execution Mechanics, Strategic Layer, Energy Boosters)
• Live walkthrough of my 5-department Claude Code system (real workflows, not demos, actual work I do daily)
• Morning Briefing workflow (AI extracts yesterday's work, plans today with zero manual logging)
• Evening Assessment workflow (AI scores productivity 0-10, checks strategic alignment 0-100, identifies patterns)
• Why old productivity tools (Notion, Taskade, Ayoa etc…) waste your time with fancy UIs and manual maintenance
• The transformation: from scattered chat sessions and forgotten projects to integrated, persistent-memory AI teams
This isn't theory.
It's real.
The actual system I use every single day.
Who This Is For
This system is for you if:
✅ You've tried Notion/Taskade and felt overwhelmed by setup and maintenance
✅ You're spending more time "organizing work" than doing work
✅ You have forgotten projects and scattered notes across multiple tools
✅ You want AI productivity without building complex automation
✅ You value lean operations with maximum leverage
Talk soon,
Daron
P.S. The mindset shift is this:
Old way: Buy fancy tool → Spend hours tweaking → Feel productive (but didn't do actual work)
New way: Talk to AI CEO assistant → It plans your day → You execute → It scores your productivity → You improve
Productivity isn't feeling busy.
It's working on the very few things that matter and getting results consistently.
Plus being able to objectively measure and correct course.
That's what this system gives us.
